Warranty Coverage Acknowledgement
1-Year Workmanship Warranty(0–12Months)
- Covers construction workmanship and materials
- Includes drywall, trim, paint, flooring, cabinets, doors, windows, and finishes
- Cosmetic or settling-related items must be reported within the first year
Homeowner Action:
- Submit workmanship items promptly through Buildertrend
- Understand that normal wear and tear is excluded
2-Year Systems Warranty(0–24Months)
- Covers plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Applies to defects caused by improper installation or workmanship

- Emergency issues (loss of heat, active water leak, electrical hazard)should be reported immediately
10-Year Structural Warranty(0–10Years)
